Quality Control

During manufacturing, the quality control starts from die inspection as well as consists of dipping, wax pattern inspection, materials and melting procedure monitoring, dimensional inspection, casting surface, heat treatment. All the parts are treated using melt-by-melt analysis without mixing, passing through the visual inspections.

After going through the final visuals and determining inspection of parts proceed further to packing or machining. Sample examination is performed with all the compulsory testing needed by the client.
